Swimsuits For Plus Size Women

I am always fascinated by women who wear swimsuits of varying styles, colors, and sizes, basking their bodies in the beach. The figure of a woman is fully seen and accentuated as they wear swimsuits and enjoy the cool waters of the beach. During summer, may people, especially women take time to buy and shop for the perfect summer bikini, thong, and swim wear. In fact, today people with extra flabs in the body, don't have to worry about whether a swim wear will fit them nor not since there are plus size swim wear specifically design for women size 12 and above. Now, women can fully flown that sexy curves with grace and style.

There are three things that people look for when buying a swim wear. One is style or design, second is function and third is price. Sometimes, there are women who disregard comfort for the sake of fashion as they wear a bikini or thong. This is not to say that thongs or bikinis are bad to wear, but they pose problems when it comes to using it underwater. But nevertheless, they are fashionable and sexy as long as swimsuits are concerned.

Whenever I am in the beach and I see men wearing masculine trunks and women wearing revealing swimsuits, I feel that I'm in a Miss and Mr. Universe pageant or in a parade where bodies in different costumes are the spectacle or highlight of the show. It really makes me wonder why people have to allot time doing beach ritual and tradition of wearing swimsuits along with body accessories. Is it really just for the sheer pleasure of knowing that someone might be admiring or gazing at you because of your swimsuit? Or is it for your love of swimsuits?

Nowadays, a lot of teenagers and adults are imitating the fashion style of Hollywood actors and actresses. They want to know the latest fashion style in every clothing, not just swim wear, to follow their idols. There's nothing wrong with imitating Hollywood style as long as they feel happy and comfortable in what they wear. I am just saying this to emphasize that Hollywood celebrities have a big impact on the lives of the people.

Swim suits or swim wear as we know today is not how swim suits looked like several ages ago. During ancient times, when the concept of recreation bathing is conceived, people wore robes as they bathe. But there were findings of bikinis that are similar to how it looks like today. One way or the other, the Greeks are responsible for perceiving the notion of using bathing suits or swim wear. The bathing suits before are like togas that cover up the whole body. Eventually the decline during the Fall of Roman Empire, water was used for therapy and not for recreation anymore.

In the 1800's there is a return to using swim wear as people begin to go to beaches nearby during the transportation revolution in America. The swimsuit of the time were black stockings and bloomers. Men were only allowed by society to swim as there were dangers of being exposed in the nature of the swim suit. Over the years that follow, bathing suits are continually developed from one piece to two piece bathing suits until tankinis and other various styles arrive to accommodate the needs of women.

Nowadays, women with a few extra pounds don't have to settle themselves behind the sidelines as they can wear the same design or style of swim wear that think women can wear, with plus size swim wear. They can wear two piece bikini high tops and if they are shy, they can wear a bathing suit dress that looks equally elegant and hides those unwanted fats in the body.

One of the swimsuits for plus size women is Lane Bryant's Bow Front Swim Tank, which is a one piece swimsuit that has a V-neck accentuating the breast in a sexy and sophisticated way. The material characteristics are spandex and nylon which are perfect for handwashing and will not expand or widen when soaked in laundry. It fits the body well, escalating only the curves on the waist and on the butt, which gives out a perfect curve even though the woman wearing it is a size twenty.

This bathing suit has an empire waist cut and a soft cup breast, which combines comfort and sexiness in one. It also costs around $89.50. A sarong or a *colorful fabric* wrapped around the waist could elevate the sexy and sensual effect of this swimsuit. Now, even plus size women can draw the attention of the crowd as they wear this swim wear.

On one hand, Avenue Tropical Animal Swim Tank, which is a tank top swim wear with animal or tropical prints. It fits the body well without sagging when dip in water. It has a double strap for protection and has soft cup that will make swimming comfortable and enjoyable. The good thing about this top is that it has a contour bra that adds support and convenience to women. The color also of this suit is neutral black that can be paired to almost all kinds of bikinis or shorts. The drawback only of this bathing suit is that it doesn't have a bottom pair which is impractical since you have to buy another one just to pair this swim wear. Nevertheless, it's functional and attractive.

If The swim Suit Fits

Shopping can be a nightmare especially for those who can't be seen buying anything sexier than a tube sock. Buying swim wear in public, for one, might just be the worst. You've got the nosy bystanders waiting to see what you'd pick out from the rack next, the seemingly judgmental store attendants raising their eyebrows every time you ask for a suit in your size, and the mean stores who decided that a common viewing area or central mirror is better than individual mirrors in each dressing room. It's not only psychologically excruciating but it can also be considered suicide!

Before you get a *serious heart attack* from embarking on your swimsuit quest, you have to look at yourself in the mirror and identify what your assets and areas of improvement are. Don't worry, nobody is around to judge you. And everything that you could think of is only between you and the mirror. I suggest picking out a clean mirror in a room with sufficient lighting so you can't miss a single flaw, like a minute dimple or stubborn mass of flab. You are your worst critic, however, you should love your body with all its imperfections because if you don't, who else will?

If you're faced with a little unwanted tummy or belly bump, stay away from complicated suits and stick to the basics. There's a perfectly good reason that God hasn't phased out the one-piece. If you don't even want to think about details too much, a classic black number would do because black is known to conceal a few extra pounds. But there are quite a number of one-piece suits out in the market today which have elegant and snappy bust bands that capture the eye and create the illusion of a slimmer midsection. Printed suits could also be used to your advantage. Narrow horizontal stripes, for example, add shape at the waist while vertical lines pull the torso in opposite directions causing the body to look longer. Two contrasting colors between a suit and its shirrings across the middle of the body will showcase the waist and draw attention upward. I think the Mineral Blue Ruched Satin Swimsuit from Donna Karan New York would look absolutely flattering on any kind of figure. It has ample top support, a slimming ruched detail that runs from the neckline down to lower hip, and adequate coverage for the back and bottom. The best part about it is that it almost looks like a two-piece.

Whether you have a full or humble bosom, the secret to finding the right suit is to look for something with sufficient support partnered by a flattering cut. Deep and voluptuous cuts and halter necks highlight the shoulders and arms while they provide support. Underwire and neck lines that are parallel to the ground puts everything right where they should be. A triangle bikini top can also be quite the winning piece. The Christian Dior Pink Smocked Houndstooth Bikini Top would give the right amount of lift while its herringbone pattern would add just a hint of class.

For dressing up a slightly heavier bottom, avoid anything that would cut through those hips and thighs such as boy shorts and bum-binding style bikinis. Instead, opt for a moderately high-cut bottom which will streamline the legs and make them appear leaner and longer. You will realize that there's really no need for extreme measures such as *laser liposuction* just so you could fit into one. Coral Ruffled Bikini Bottoms from BCBG Max Azria have ruffled trims around the hips and plenty of coverage. If that still doesn't work for you, I suggest you hit the beach in hip and stylish board shorts that aren't too big nor too tight. The lace-up closure band should rest perfectly on your hips and this will let you move and groove anywhere, anytime. All designer pieces mentioned above are available at www.bluefly.com for your viewing and buying pleasure.

Your body is your blank canvas while the swim suit you put on is your art. Be as creative and as fashionable as you can be, but always put comfort and support first. If you put a suit on and you feel like it's restricting or it doesn't hold anything in their place, then you might as well move on to the next one. Your swim wear will only look breathtaking on you if it fits you right.

Bikini Tighty Whities

What do Rachel Hunter, Carolyn Murphy, Elle Macpherson, and Rebecca Romijn have in common? Sure they've had their posters pinned up on a wall at some point but aside from that obvious fact, these celebrity sex goddesses love a lot of white in their wardrobe. And when the season calls for it, they could sport the tiniest, most alluring white bikinis around. Have you seen their Sports Illustrated spread last winter? On the cover they stood next to each other with nothing on except white bikini bottoms. I seriously thought that that page alone deserved to be framed. No wonder women are having a hard time picking out white swimsuits -- these beach bods are certainly hard to beat in the swimsuit category. Guys set ridiculously high standards because of babes like them; they should get swimsuit licenses or something.

White garments are extremely posh and versatile. Men and women can't seem to get enough of white. But unlike cotton tees, *classic dress shirts*, and bridal gloves, white swim wear is harder to pull off. They're smaller and coverage is subjective so you really need a good eye -- and body -- to spot one. You have to be deliriously confident and blessed with a flawless body to sport anything that's white and barely there. However, with the right cut and sufficient lining, you can dare to own a pair -- or two, if you thrive purely on attention.

Support is always a matter to be considered when you're shopping for a swimsuit. Surely, you don't want your assets (or liabilities) to fly all over the place, do you? That kind of attention-grabbing method is completely beneath you so when you write down your shopping list, make sure you highlight support. A halter top, for example, is seductive because it shows just the right curves and accentuates the silhouette of a woman like no other cut. It also provides sufficient upper body support, especially for top-heavy women. The White Women's Swimwear B007 from Sutra has a sassy halter top that can be adjusted to the perfect fit. Its solid bikini bottom has tie sides that cling to the waist-like melted butter on toast. If you're not convinced that you can own a white two-piece, this number is your safest sultry indulgence.

For a slightly deviant twist from the classic white bikini, opt for fuller coverage and subtle color contrasts. Tankinis have always been a popular choice among swim wear enthusiasts but most of them still veer away from the white. Not all white swimsuits are bad, believe me. The White Swimwear with Black Buttons from Isaac Mizrahi is a stylishly bold white two-piece with black button details. The tubini top has minimal black piping accents that contours the upper half and a black neck tie ribbon that keeps it in place.

If you're up for wilder summer fun, work it like the Brazilians do. The Coconuts Bikini from Desiree Nercessian Brazillian Swimwear is a tropical white duet. Don't take the name literally because you surely won't find any real coconuts on the suit. The triangle bikini top has sliding ties around the neck and at the back. Instead of actual coconuts, it is adorned with shaggy-fringed Lycra reminiscent of delicious white *coconut shavings* that will not only make your mouth water but also cause quite a stir among nearby male onlookers. The bikini bottom has a fully lined interior, side ties that rest perfectly on the hips, and minimal back coverage.

A white swimsuit is not the enemy but the wrong kind can be lethal. When picking out a white number, always check the lining. The inside is just as important as the outside when white garments are concerned. Triple lining is ideal but double would suffice. You want to look good both wet or dry and the only way to achieve that is to keep the private parts exactly that --private. If you really want to show it all off, I suggest you hit a nude beach instead and spare us the agony of your exaggerated confidence. If you're going for tasteful and innocent, a white swimsuit with ample coverage and support is just the thing you're looking for.

The Census and the ECommerce Wave

These times they are a changin'.  Just get online and you will see what I mean.  We are entering the world of E-Commerce, and if you are not on board, you better believe it that your competition is.

These times they are a changin'.  Just get online and you will see what I mean.  We are entering the world of E-Commerce, and if you are not on board, you better believe it that your competition is.

Understanding business and product sales can sometimes put me in a whirlwind.  My job tends to get me involved with loads of different opportunities dealing with all sorts of product lines.  It is not my job to understand every single type of product, but it is my goal to assist my clientele with the broadening of their product market.

The tidal wave of the E-Commerce platform is just starting to build up speed.  The US Census Bureau explains that E-Commerce sales are sales of goods and services where an order is placed by the buyer or price and terms of sale are negotiated over an Internet, extranet, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) network, electronic mail, or other online system.  Although the overall percentage of E-Commerce sales in comparison to total retail sales may seem small, the acceleration rate is indeed enormous.

What does all this mean?

Take a look at a business associate of mine that sells cleaning supplies.  He has a small warehouse in Las Vegas that moves a little over 10 million dollars worth of product a year.  Without any Internet presence whatsoever, 100% of his sales come from conventional marketing near and around his local market.  He services the greater part of the West Coast, but doesnt venture too much outside of that boundary.

My preliminary research has shown that Based on the results from some of the major search engines including Yahoo and MSN, an estimated 2000 searches a day are done for Carpet Cleaning.  Other viable searches include:

        Carpet Cleaners                1100 per day

Carpet Cleaning Supplies   800 per day

        Cleaning Supplies             900 per day

        Cleaning Products             500 per day

With those five search queries alone, a website could potentially be seen by over five thousand (5000) visitors a day.  That adds up to over one hundred and fifty thousand (150,000) search queries each month with just a few select terms.

In certain markets, there are very few companies lobbying for the top search engine positions, yet, some are saturated.  If you have a product that is conducive towards Internet based marketing and sales, but you have not tapped into the territory yet, your competitors may be beating you to the punch.

Why would I want this? Hmmm

Lets assume your business is predominantly in the Central Valley and perhaps spreads a little throughout California.  You already ship product here and there.  Are you setup to handle some additional sales to the Midwest or the East Coast?  What about Europe?  The point is that the Internet has no boundary.  If you offer your products and services online, through an E-Commerce system, it is like having a huge international storefront that welcomes the wondering visitor.  The only thing left to do is a marketing campaign, simple or robust.

But dont be fooled.  The marketing campaigns can really get you.  Setting up the storefront is the easy part.  Managing the storefront is also easy.  Putting the sign out there to attract the customers may tend to be a grueling task, unless you plan ahead.

What is the bottom line?

Heres the deal.  IF you arent in a hurry, but think you want to have an E-Commerce system in play in perhaps a year or so, it will be to your advantage to develop it now.  Internet based marketing campaigns take 6 months to a year to mature.  I dont care what anyone tells you, unless you want to fork over tons of cash on a regular basis, a solid Internet marketing campaign takes time.

The Census shows that Internet based sales are increasing faster than conventional retail sales.  The census shows that over sixty-nine billion dollars ($69,000,000,000) were spent last year in E-Commerce sales, up 23.5% from 2003.  The census show that if you are not planning for the future, your competition is.

The Pickle

You can get carried away with overhead if you are not careful.  Internet based marketing can turn into the ever hungry monster that you have to constantly feed on a regular basis.  The goal is to plan a year in advance and have a strategy that will create a system that will offer your site search engine presence and stability over time.  But if you want more, more is available.

A Rule for the Road:

If you want to know who is good at Internet based marketing, just check online.  Do a search for Fresno Web Design and see what you find.
